  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup ground raw oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp chopped or ground almonds
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg
  • pinch ginger
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ground flax or Chia seed
  • 1 1/8 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions

    In food processor ground up flax oats almonds and bananas.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and do a quick mix to mix thoroughly.

    Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake on 425f for 20 minutes.
