  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream, light
  • 4 ounces baby shrimp frozen salad shrimp, cooked thawed, about 3/4 cups
  • 1/4 cups salsa prepared
  • 1/4 cups cilantro plus-sprigs for garnish, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon mexican seasoning packaged
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

    In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, 1/2 cup shrimp, salsa, 1/4 cup cilantro, Mexican seasonings and salt.

    Mix well.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours before serving.

    To serve, garnish dip with remaining 1/4 cup shrimp and cilantro sprigs; serve with crackers.
