Healthy Okara Cake

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Fresh okara
  • 200 grams Plain yogurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp * Baking powder
  • 1 dash * Salt
  • 75 grams * White flour
  • 20 grams * Sugar

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients together well and pour into a lined cake or tart mold.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 360F/180C.

    The cake is not very sweet, so I serve it with brown sugar syrup or stewed apples.

    Jam or ice cream would be great too.
