- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 200 grams Plain yogurt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp * Baking powder
- 1 dash * Salt
- 75 grams * White flour
- 20 grams * Sugar
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients together well and pour into a lined cake or tart mold.

2Bake for 30 minutes at 360F/180C.

3The cake is not very sweet, so I serve it with brown sugar syrup or stewed apples.

4Jam or ice cream would be great too.
