- 1 (28 oz.) can Rienzi nonfat crushed tomato sauce
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
- 6 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- oregano
- basil
- your favorite pasta
Directions

1Pour tomato sauce and tomatoes into a pot.

2Heat with a low flame.

3Slice garlic thinly and saute in small amount of olive oil for 5 minutes on a low flame until garlic begins to brown.

4Tilt saute pan and move garlic to one side with oil on the other side. Remove garlic and put into sauce mixture.

5Add a handful of oregano and basil.

6Stir all in.

7Cook until very hot, stirring regularly. Prepare favorite pasta the way you like it and use this very low fat sauce as you like it.
