  • 1 jar prepared tomato sauce (of choice)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 Italian squash
  • mushrooms, olives (actually any veggies of choice)
  • prepared pizza crust or whole wheat or rye flour
  • yeast
  • soy cheese (available in health food store)
  • low-fat Mozzarella

Directions

    Follow directions for pizza dough on package. Allow to rise in refrigerator. Form dough into pizza pan. Quick fry veggies to translucent. Spread sauce on dough. Top with veggies. Add desired sauce. Top with cheese. Cook at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
