  • 6 medium carrots
  • 5 stalks celery
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 bottle low-fat Ranch dressing
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 10 to 15 radishes
  • 2 bell peppers (1 red and 1 yellow)
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • pepper to taste
