- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. diced potato
- 1 c. diced carrot
- 2 c. canned chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 c. zucchini
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole corn
- chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. green pepper
Directions

1Drain salmon, reserving liquid for later use and flake salmon. Saute onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in butter.

2Add potatoes, carrots, chicken broth and seasonings.

3Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

4Add zucchini and cook 5 minutes.

5Stir in flaked salmon, reserved salmon liquid, milk and corn.

6Heat thoroughly. Garnish.
