- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 Heath bars
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix sugar and flour.

2Mix well with a pastry blender.

3Cut in oleo until mixture is crumbly.

4Set aside 1 cup of the mixture. Add egg, milk, soda, salt and vanilla to remaining mixture.

5Beat well.

6Pour batter into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

7Leaving wrapper on candy, crush with hammer.

8Add nuts and reserved crumb mixture. Spread over batter.

9Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
