- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 5 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 6 Heath candy bars, crushed
Directions

1Heat oven to 250°.

2In medium bowl, combine crumbs, walnuts and butter.

3Spread in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

4In large mixer bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy. Gradually beat in sugar until stiff peaks form.

5Spread over crumbs.

6Bake 1 hour; cool.
