  • 1 stick oleo, very soft or melted
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip (buy large size)
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour, chopped pecans and oleo together.

    Pat with fingers into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
