Directions

   Drain juice from pineapple in a saucepan and add water.

   Bring to a boil.

   Add rice and salt.

   Reduce heat, cover and cook until soft.

   Let cool.

   Fold in pineapple, marshmallows, cherries and whipped cream.

   Chill.
