  • 1 c. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 large pkg. marshmallows
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour

    Melt cocoa and butter together.

    Beat eggs and sugar.

    Then add cocoa mixture.

    Mix in vanilla and flour.

    Fold in pecans. Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Take cake immediately from the oven and cover the top of the cake with the marshmallows. Then pour the icing over the marshmallows.
