Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can sliced pineapple, cut in wedges
- 1 can Queen Ann cherries, halved and seeded
- 1/2 lb. marshmallows (quartered)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 1 bottle maraschino cherries (quartered)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Cook yolks of eggs, lemon

2juice and mustard in double boiler until thick.

3Cool.

4Add this mixture to the whipping cream.

5Add fruit and put in refrigerator for 6 hours.

6Do not freeze. Serves 8.
