- 2 High quality eggs (whole eggs)
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 250 ml Milk
- 30 grams Sugar
- 1 few drops Vanilla extract
Directions

1These are the eggs that I used.

2It's actually after I've used 4 of them.

3Bring some water to a boil in a pot.

4Turn the heat off, and use that as a hot bath to warm a bowl.

5Beat the eggs.

6Add sugar and mix well.

7Then add heavy cream and milk in order.

8Mix well, then add the vanilla extract.

9Pass the mixture through a strainer or a sieve and pour into a container.

10Cover with aluminum foil.

11Put the pudding containers into the hot water from step 2 (use it as a hot bath).

12Cover the pot and steam for 15 minutes without boiling the water.

13Try tipping the container to see if the center part seems to run off... or even collapse!?

14Then it's ready to be served.
