- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions

1Blend ingredients together really well, no lumps.

2Turn stove top onto medium high.

3Pan must be hot before you try to cook crepes.

4When flat pan is hot, butter whole pan.

5Poor 1/3 cup of batter onto pan.

6Lift up pan off stove top and tilt pan in all directions until the crepe is thinned out across most of the top.

7Put pan down, let cook for a minute then flip crepe over - cook for another minute.

8Now your crepe is done, remove and enjoy.
