- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp confectioners' sugar
- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
Directions

1Combine the milk, cayenne, and allspice in a small saucepan and heat slowly to just under a boil, about 5 minutes.

2Add the chocolate and stir continuously with a wooden spoon until completely melted.

3Add the confectioners' sugar and stir until dissolved.

4Remove the mixture from the heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes.

5Return to the stove over low heat and gently return to a simmer before serving.

6Serve immediately.
