- 1 1/4 lb. frozen French fries
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- paprika
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Place potatoes in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Dot with oleo, sprinkle onion, parsley, salt and pepper on potatoes. Combine soup and milk; stir to mix and pour over all.

3Top with cheese.

4Sprinkle with paprika.

5Cover and bake at 400° for 1 hour.
