  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. tarragon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh chives
  • 1 c. margarine

Directions

    Crush herbs.

    Blend with 1 cup margarine.

    Cover and chill 4 hours or more.

    Garlic may be added for a different blend.

    Serve on potatoes, corn-on-the-cob, hot bread, etc.

    Also nice on croutons.

    Prepared blend can be frozen.
