  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 8 oz. part skim Ricotta cheese
  • 3 oz. light cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed tarragon
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced

Directions

    Combine water, lemon juice and cheese in a blender of food processor.

    Puree for 1 minute or until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients and blend for 30 seconds.

    Cover and chill.

    Yields 1 1/2 cups.
