  • 14 cup creme fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons snipped chives
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black peppercorns
  • 4 ounces soft fresh goat cheese

Directions

    In a food processor, process creme fraiche, parsley, chives, garlic and peppercorns until smoothly blended, scraping sides of bowl if necessary.

    Add goat cheese and process until smooth, 30 seconds.
