- 4 carrots, cut in big chunks
- 2 small onions, cut in chunks
- 2 Tbsp. thyme
- 3 Tbsp. rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In roaster pan, bake breast 15 minutes.

2Cover chicken with thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.

3Add potatoes, carrots and onions.

4Cover with water.

5Bake at 350° until vegetables are cooked.
