  • 4 small chicken breasts
  • 8 small potatoes, cut in chunks
  • 4 carrots, cut in big chunks
  • 2 small onions, cut in chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. thyme
  • 3 Tbsp. rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    In roaster pan, bake breast 15 minutes.

    Cover chicken with thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.

    Add potatoes, carrots and onions.

    Cover with water.

    Bake at 350° until vegetables are cooked.
