- 4 oz. self-rising flour
- 2 oz. suet or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. mixed herbs
- salt and pepper
- a little cold water
Directions

1Mix flour with suet or margarine, herbs and seasoning.

2Add sufficient cold water to make a stiff dough.

3Roll into balls. Cook at 375° for 15 minutes.

4Makes about 8 small dumplings. Dumplings are great with corned beef and cabbage.
