- 1 pound Potatoes, Yukon Gold Or Dutch Yellow
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Herbs, Chopped (I Used Equal Parts Rosemary, Sage And Thyme)
- 1/3 cups 1% Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, Preferably Grass-fed
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- Parmesan Cheese, To Serve (optional)
Directions

1Place the potatoes in a medium-large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender.

2While the potatoes are boiling, chop the herbs.

3Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water, place potatoes back in same pan. Add milk, butter, herbs, salt, and smash with a potato smasher or end of a wooden spoon. Stir everything together until combined.

4Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
