  • 12 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
  • 12 teaspoon butter

    Separate the yolk from the white of the egg, putting the white in a soup bowl and reserving the yolk.

    Add salt and pepper to the white and beat until foamy.

    Beat in the yolk, milk and herbs.

    Heat butter in a small skillet over medium heat.

    Add egg.

    Shake pan so mixture is evenly distributed.
