- 3 1/2 c. flour, divided
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. Fleischmann's RapidRise yeast
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. ground thyme
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 c. water
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided
- 1 egg (room temperature)
Directions

1Set aside 1 cup flour.

2Combine 2 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt, yeast, cheese and herbs.

3Heat water and 4 tablespoons butter until hot to touch (125° to 130°).

4Stir into dry mixture.

5Stir in egg and only enough flour to make soft dough.

6Knead until smooth and elastic, about 4 minutes, on lightly floured surface. Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
