- 3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cup Butter
- 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
- 2 cup Chocolate Chips
- 7 oz Jar Marshmallow Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Nuts (optional)
Directions

1Combine sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan or pot; bring to full boil, stirring constantly.

2Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium high heat or until candy thermometer reads 234 F (or forms ball when dripped in room temp water).

3Stirring constantly to prevent scorching.

4Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted.

5Add marshmallow cream and vanilla; beat until well blended.

6Pour into a lightly greased foil lined dish.

7Cool until set at room temperture or refrigerate until set.
