  • 3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 7 oz Jar Marshmallow Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Nuts (optional)

Directions

    Combine sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan or pot; bring to full boil, stirring constantly.

    Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium high heat or until candy thermometer reads 234 F (or forms ball when dripped in room temp water).

    Stirring constantly to prevent scorching.

    Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted.

    Add marshmallow cream and vanilla; beat until well blended.

    Pour into a lightly greased foil lined dish.

    Cool until set at room temperture or refrigerate until set.
