Herb Pork Chops

  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge herb stuffing
  • 7 to 8 pork chops (it can be more)
  • 2 eggs
  • oil

Directions

    Chop dry dressing to small to fine.

    Beat eggs in different bowl.
  3. 3
    Pour oil in baking tin, about 1/4 cup per pan.

    Dip chops in egg then crumbs on each side and place in pan.

    Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until one side is brown.
  6. 6
    Turn and bake 20 minutes more or until brown on this side.
