- 1 pkg. Pepperidge herb stuffing
- 7 to 8 pork chops (it can be more)
- 2 eggs
- oil
Directions

1Chop dry dressing to small to fine.

2Beat eggs in different bowl.

3Pour oil in baking tin, about 1/4 cup per pan.

4Dip chops in egg then crumbs on each side and place in pan.

5Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until one side is brown.

6Turn and bake 20 minutes more or until brown on this side.
