- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 3 or more Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. summer savory
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Melt margarine in a skillet and add onions and rice.

2Stir constantly until rice and onions are yellow.

3Put in rice pot and add marjoram, summer savory, rosemary and salt.

4Either use chicken stock liquid or dissolve 3 chicken bouillon cubes in 2 cups boiling water.

5Add to rice mixture.

6Cook as for regular rice.
