- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. rice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 tsp. basil and marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. each: thyme and curry
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Saute rice and onion in butter for 5 minutes.

2Add all remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.

3Cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
