Ingredients

  • 1 c. long grain rice or 2 c. Minute rice
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo

Directions

    Bring all to a boil.

    Stir; cover and cook over low heat for 14 minutes or until tender.

    I often use Minute rice.

    If you do, place all ingredients except the rice into 2 cups water and bring to a boil.

    Add rice; stir, cover and let stand until all water is absorbed by the rice.
