- 1 c. long grain rice or 2 c. Minute rice
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Directions

1Bring all to a boil.

2Stir; cover and cook over low heat for 14 minutes or until tender.

3I often use Minute rice.

4If you do, place all ingredients except the rice into 2 cups water and bring to a boil.

5Add rice; stir, cover and let stand until all water is absorbed by the rice.
