- 4 lbs beef roast
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 14 teaspoon red pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
Directions

1Mix herbs and seasonings together.

2Rub seasoning mixture completely over roast.

3Wrap roast in foil, sealing ends and edges, but leave room for steam.

4For more flavor, let roast stand for 30 - 60 minutes.

5To cook, leave roast in foil.

6Place in a roasting pan and cook at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes per pound or until desired level of doneness.

7Let the roast stand for 5 minutes.

8Remove from foil, saving drippings for gravy.

9Slice and serve.
