- 1 stick Butter Or Margarine, Softened
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano

1Preheat the oven to 425 F.

2Mash together the softened butter or margarine with the herbs.

3Spread the butter all over the chicken, mostly under the skin, but some onto the skin as well.

4Salt and pepper the chicken to taste.

5Roast until cooked through (45 minutes to an hour depending on the size of your chicken).
