- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1In large pot, cook spaghetti.

2In another pan in hot olive oil, cook garlic, until tender.

3Stir in tomatoes, basil and salt. Heat through for 4 to 5 minutes.

4Drain spaghetti and mix with tomato mixture.

5Add Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
