- 2 lb. fresh asparagus, tough ends removed
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1 Tbsp. chopped dill
- 1 Tbsp. chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 lb. wedge Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Remove to paper towels.

2Pat dry.

3In small bowl combine butter with herbs and spices.

4Melt herb-butter over medium heat in large skillet.

5Add asparagus.

6Toss gently.

7Place on serving platter. Top with shaved Parmesan cheese.
