- 12 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 14 cup washed stemmed and coarsely chopped watercress
- 14 cup minced parsley
- 2 scallions, minced
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon dill
- salt and pepper
Directions
