  • 1/2 lb. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 lb. medium sharp cheese, grated (room temperature)
  • 2 c. flour
  • dash of red hot pepper
  • pecans halves for each biscuit

    Mix melted butter, softened cheese and pepper.

    Add flour and roll fairly thin.

    Cook in slow oven 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.
