- 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives
- pinch of chopped fresh thyme
- dash of lemon juice
- black pepper to taste
Directions

1In a small bowl, whip butter with a fork.

3On a sheet of waxed paper, shake into a log.

4Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until chilled.
