  • 2 sticks of unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup basil
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until well combined.

    Transfer the butter mixture to plastic wrap or wax paper and roll into a log.

    Put the log into the refrigerator until firm. Use the herbed butter on anything and everything.
