  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram (dried)
  • 1/4 tsp. savory (dried)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo

Directions

    Scrape carrots.

    Cut into quarters (lengthwise), then halves (lengthwise).

    Cook in hot water and salt, covered.

    Cook 15 minutes or until tender.

    Drain.
