- 15 figs
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup honey
- pistachios Chopped toasted
Directions

1Remove stems from figs. Cut almost in half and again crosswise to open up to stuff.

2In food processor mix together ricotta, ground almonds, lemon & orange rind, vanilla & almond extract & honey. Process to blend.

3Stuff each fig with flavored ricotta. Garnish with toasted nuts, some diced fresh figs and drizzle with honey.
