- 1 lb cauliflower floret
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 14 cup mushroom, chopped
- 12 cup vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
- 12 cup plain breadcrumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 F.

2Place cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water.

3Cover and steam 4-5 minutes or until just tender.

4Drain and keep warm.

5Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat.

6Sauti onions, celery and mushrooms 4-5 minutes or until tender.

7Stir in remaining ingredients except cauliflower and breadcrumbs.

8Add salt and pepper to taste.

9Simmer another 2 minutes.

10Stir in cauliflower.

11Transfer mixture to a lightly oiled baking dish.

12Top with breadcrumbs and bake 15 minutes.
