  • 2 c. cracked pepper
  • Parmesan croutons
  • 2 Tbsp. herbs de provena
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 (8 oz.) fish fillets

Directions

    Brush fillets with olive oil.

    Blend croutons and herbs to fine consistency in food processor.

    Coat fish on both sides with bread crumbs.

    Place on roasting rack in oven and roast at 325° for 45 minutes.
