- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. cod or halibut
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine cornmeal and seasonings.

3Dip fish in egg and milk mixed and coat with cornmeal.

4Place on cookie sheet (15 x 10-inch).

5Drizzle butter over fish.

6Bake for 15 to 20 minutes (or until golden brown).

7Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
