- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen flounder fillets
- 2 Tbsp. soft margarine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp. crumbled dried leaf sage
- 1/8 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Directions

1Arrange frozen fillets on foil covered rack of broiler pan. Mix margarine, onion, sage and thyme.

2Spread over fillets.

3Set oven control to broil and/or 550°.

4Broil with tops 3 to 4 inches from heat, brushing occasionally with margarine, until fillets flake easily with fork 10 to 12 minutes.

5Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.

6Makes 4 servings.
