  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, boiled, skinned, deboned and cut in chunks
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. broth
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    In large bowl, put chicken and cream of chicken soup.

    Add broth and vegetables; stir well. Pour into baking dish (with melted butter).

    Stir together flour and milk; pour over chicken mixture.

    Bake 1 hour 45 minutes at 350°.
