- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. minced, green onions
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 6 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 4 halibut steaks
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. white wine
Directions

1Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, parsley, basil and cloves in a bowl.

2Stir in melted margarine.

3Brush four 12-inch foil squares lightly with oil.

4Place 1 fish steak on each square.

5Drizzle with olive oil.

6Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with crumbs.

7Spoon wine around each steak.

8Seal foil securely.

9Place packets on baking sheet.

10Bake at 450° for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
