Herbed Lamb Chops

  • 1/2 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. dried whole rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
  • 6 (1-inch) thick lamb loin chops

Directions

    Combine wine, lemon juice, oil, garlic, sage, rosemary and oregano in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Trim excess fat from chops.

    Place chops in baking dish.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning chops occasionally.

    Arrange chops with thickest portions towards outside of dish.

    Cover with wax paper and microwave at Medium (50%) power for 8 minutes, turning chops over and rearranging after 4 minutes.
