Herbed Lamb Chops

- 1/2 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. dried whole rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
- 6 (1-inch) thick lamb loin chops
Directions

1Combine wine, lemon juice, oil, garlic, sage, rosemary and oregano in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

2Trim excess fat from chops.

3Place chops in baking dish.

4Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning chops occasionally.

5Arrange chops with thickest portions towards outside of dish.

6Cover with wax paper and microwave at Medium (50%) power for 8 minutes, turning chops over and rearranging after 4 minutes.
