Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 c. nuts (any kind)
  • 5 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary, sage and thyme
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • sprinkle of cayenne
  • few drops soy sauce to taste

Directions

    Place olive oil in a shallow baking pan.

    Add nuts and toss them in oil until coated.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Toast in oven at 300° for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Do not scorch the nuts.

    The nuts will keep cooking after being removed from oven, so do not overcook.
