- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 2 c. nuts (any kind)
- 5 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary, sage and thyme
- 1 tsp. paprika
- sprinkle of cayenne
- few drops soy sauce to taste
Directions

1Place olive oil in a shallow baking pan.

2Add nuts and toss them in oil until coated.

3Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and mix well.

4Toast in oven at 300° for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Do not scorch the nuts.

6The nuts will keep cooking after being removed from oven, so do not overcook.
