- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skimmed milk
- 1/4 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 c. grated fresh Romano cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- 6 c. hot cooked medium seashell macaroni
Directions

1Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; saute 2 minutes. Add flour and stir well.

2Gradually add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

3Stir in cheeses and herbs. Serve over macaroni. Garnish with extra onions, if desired.
