Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 Tbsp. beef flavored bouillon granules
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 6 c. cooked long grain rice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. dried savory

Directions

    Cook mushrooms in a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until tender. Set aside. Dissolve bouillon granules in water. Combine bouillon, mushrooms, long grain rice and remaining ingredients.

    Spoon into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
